Update of the third masterplan for the city of Benghazi to address the destruction of the old city, the collapse of infrastructure networks, and the spread of unauthorized houing into the Green Belt. Providing landscape and environmental consultancy to LEAD Engineering including special studies for the Corniche, a 20 km network of lakes and canals through the heart of the city, iconic public squares in the old town, and a new vision for an expanded Green Belt to incorporate extensive urban agriculture.
